Overcoming Unwanted thoughts!

If you observe me closely I'm thinking before I'm doing something. It's my thoughts that turn into words and what you are reading right now is purely the collection of my thoughts. I'm writing this piece that is the reason I'm thinking about it, but if I'm doing something else my thoughts would differ. Usually, It happens with all of us. We think about what is necessary for the moment and we avoid what is unnecessary.
